Create a super simple brine
Fill mason jar with whatever you want to pickle - cucumbers, onions, carrots, fennel, peppers, garlic, you think it- you can pickle it!
In a separate container add warm water, sugar and salt, mix until it dissolves, then add vinegar. Pour in the mason jar filled with veggies and refrigerate.
These will be ready after 2 hours, but they're better after 12 hours or so. Lasts up to 2 months!

- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup BHH Threebird Vinegar
